Special Immigrant Juvenile Status

Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) allows youth who have been abandoned, abused, or neglected to apply for permanent residency.

Since 2012, we have partnered with local high schools to provide legal services on site at schools in the Albuquerque area.

Our goal is to ensure that every local undocumented student has access to a legal assessment to determine whether they qualify for a permanent path.

To schedule a consultation with our partner school for yourself or your children, ask a teacher or administrator that you trust to refer you to the ``free immigration lawyers.``
