Lucy Hollister
Grant & Data Coordinator
Lucy joined NMILC in 2022 as the Grant & Data Coordinator. Originally from New England, Lucy now lives in Albuquerque. Currently, she is pursuing an Ethnic Studies degree from the University of Colorado. Lucy’s background is rooted in education and youth work, having begun her career with AmeriCorps. Over the years, she has made the transition into nonprofit operations with a particular focus on grant compliance and data management. Lucy enjoys building systems that support her colleagues’ work, so they can live out their passion and purpose, all while maximizing their impact.
