Delaney Swink

Program Manager - Pro Bono Engagement, Internships & Donor Relations

Delaney joined NMILC as an AmeriCorps Public Ally in 2019 and is now the Program Manager for NMILC's Pro Bono/Volunteer/Intern programs and donor relations.  Delaney holds a B.A. in International Nonprofit Management and Romance Languages from the Clark Honors College at the University of Oregon, and has experience with reproductive justice advocacy in Oregon and women/gender studies research abroad. She is committed to building community and sustainable changemaking through grassroots orgranizing and believes that all of our liberation is interconnected. In her position at NMILC, Delaney is passionate about engaging with volunteers and rethinking traditional nonprofit development practices in an effort toward building a more community-centered sector.
