The staff accountant is in charge of supporting the Senior Accountant, Contract Accountant/CPA, and Deputy Director in ensuring that the financial operations run smoothly and meet the needs, expectations, and deadlines of the staff and funders, that fiscal policies and procedures are adhered to, and working with the finance team and leadership to improve financial systems to enhance the organizational efficiency.
