Elliot Edeburn

Department of Justice Partially Accredited Representative, Children’s Team

Originally from Minnesota, Elliot graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. in Political Science and Hispanic Studies from the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University. Following a summer supporting the policy work of the Immigrant Law Center of Minnesota, he relocated to Albuquerque in August of 2021. After one year of volunteering full time with the Children’s Team through the Jesuit Volunteer Corps (JVC), he joined the staff in August of 2022.

Currently, Elliot directly represents clients filing Special Immigrant Juvenile petitions and a variety of related applications. He sees working with NMILC’s clients as a tremendous privilege and firmly believes in increasing access to high-quality immigration legal services.
